- Face to face with PT Jamkrindo throughout Indonesia;
- Telephone via Jamkrindo Contact Center 1500-701;
- Official letter sent via the official address of PT Jamkrindo throughout Indonesia;
- Electronic letter (e-mail) sent via the official Jamkrindo Contact Center email at [email protected];
- Social Media includes:
- Facebook Fanpage with user ID PT Jamkrindo;
- X with user id @pt_jamkrindo;
- Instagram with user id @pt_jamkrindo;
- Youtube with user id PT Jamkrindo;
- OJK Consumer Protection Portal Application; And
- Live Chat via the Company's official website at www.jamkrindo.co.id
Complaint supporting documents include:
- Consumer's name as the complainant;
- Name of Guarantee Recipient;
- Guaranteed Name;
- Products used;
- Guarantee Certificate containing the Certificate Number and guarantee date (if owned by the Consumer);
- Explanation of the complaint; And
- Special Power of Attorney.
