Procedure for Complaints

Company consumers can submit complaints to PT Jamkrindo either verbally or in writing through various complaint channels, namely:

  1. Face to face with PT Jamkrindo throughout Indonesia;
  2. Telephone via Jamkrindo Contact Center 1500-701;
  3. Official letter sent via the official address of PT Jamkrindo throughout Indonesia;
  4. Electronic letter (e-mail) sent via the official Jamkrindo Contact Center email at [email protected];
  5. Social Media includes:
    • Facebook Fanpage with user ID PT Jamkrindo;
    • X with user id @pt_jamkrindo;
    • Instagram with user id @pt_jamkrindo;
    • Youtube with user id PT Jamkrindo;
    • OJK Consumer Protection Portal Application; And
    • Live Chat via the Company's official website at www.jamkrindo.co.id

Complaint supporting documents include:

  1. Consumer's name as the complainant;
  2. Name of Guarantee Recipient;
  3. Guaranteed Name;
  4. Products used;
  5. Guarantee Certificate containing the Certificate Number and guarantee date (if owned by the Consumer);
  6. Explanation of the complaint; And
  7. Special Power of Attorney.
