The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), as the Series A shareholder, along with the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) (BPUI) as the Series B shareholder, has appointed Putrama Wahju Setyawan as the President Director of PT Jamkrindo, replacing Randi Anto.
