PT Jamkrindo (Persero) has implemented a Work From Home (WFH) system as a measure to protect the health of all employees and prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Despite the WFH implementation, Jamkrindo's guarantee services continue to operate.
Jamkrindo's President Director, Randi Anto, assured that operations remain smooth and services for SMEs and business partners continue as usual. He explained that the WFH system implemented by Jamkrindo does not disrupt the company's guarantee service procedures.
“This effort is our commitment to protecting and prioritizing the health and safety of all Jamkrindo employees from the threat of COVID-19 transmission, as well as following the instructions from President Joko Widodo to implement social distancing,” said Randi.
Currently, Jamkrindo has a network of 9 regional offices, 1 special branch office, 56 branch offices, and 16 service unit offices (KUP). WFH is applied in areas that have reported COVID-19 cases, such as Jabodetabek, Semarang, Banten, Solo, Pontianak, Batam, Manado, and Yogyakarta. “With technological support, all Jamkrindo employees working remotely under the WFH system are facilitated to work comfortably, efficiently, and without losing productivity,” Randi stated.
As a leading guarantee company, Jamkrindo is supported by advanced technology through various online platforms such as digital letter circulation application (E-effice), employee self-service (ESS) application, knowledge management application J-Smart, Suretyship Online application, Guarantee Performance Information System (SIPP), Risk Management Information System, and more.
“Our call center at 1500-701 remains operational 24/7 to ensure the continuity of good service,” Randi added.
In addition to implementing WFH, Jamkrindo is also taking various measures to prevent COVID-19 transmission. Disinfection spraying is conducted regularly to maintain cleanliness at Jamkrindo's work environment. The company has also issued several guidelines regarding meetings, business trips, and correspondence.
