PT Jamkrindo (Persero) has proven itself as one of the best State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) by receiving the "Good Performance" predicate at the 2020 BUMN Performance Excellence Award (BPEA).
BPEA is an award event that recognizes BUMNs for their hard work in building competitiveness through the integration of various management systems to achieve excellent performance.
"Alhamdulillah, this year Jamkrindo received the Good Performance award in 2020. We hope to keep improving," said the Director of Operations and Network at PT Jamkrindo, Kadar Wisnuwarman, at the Grand Ballroom Kempinski on Wednesday, March 4, 2020.
Through its guarantee business, Jamkrindo aims to support the development of micro, small, medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and cooperatives to enhance national economic growth.
He mentioned that Jamkrindo has been mandated by the government to prioritize MSMEs and cooperatives. "Jamkrindo's main priority is to assist MSMEs and cooperatives," he said.
Throughout 2019, Jamkrindo recorded a guarantee volume of Rp 203.99 trillion, an increase of 17% (yoy) from the 2018 guarantee volume of Rp 174.74 trillion.
This guarantee volume consisted of guarantees for the Credit for People's Business (KUR) amounting to Rp 59.01 trillion and non-KUR guarantees amounting to Rp 144.98 trillion.
The 2020 BPEA award was given to 39 BUMNs. Nine BUMNs received the Industry Leader (IL) predicate, 22 BUMNs received the Emerging Industry Leader (EIL) predicate, and several BUMNs received the Good Performance (GP) predicate. All of these BUMNs were selected from 100 BUMNs assessed by the KPKU assessor team and had gone through the assessment mentoring process by FEB.
