As a form of concern for the flood victims in the Jabodetabek area, Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo) provided assistance in the form of basic necessities and food in Petamburan, Jakarta, as well as aid at the flood post in Lebak, Banten.
This disaster response action was directly initiated by the company and its employees through the "Jumat Berbagi" movement and the synergy of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) distributing aid at the flood post. Through the synergy of SOEs, Perum Jamkrindo, along with BNI as the coordinator and other SOEs including PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk and PTPN VIII, established, managed, and distributed aid through the BUMN Peduli Post in Sajira Village, Lebak, Banten.
The environmental assistance provided by Perum Jamkrindo included food packages, blankets, cooking utensils, diapers, and food valued at IDR 50 million.
Perum Jamkrindo’s President Director, Randi Anto, stated that the assistance was given as an expression of empathy for the flood victims in Jabodetabek and Banten.
“We provide this aid to show empathy for our brothers and sisters affected by the floods. We hope that this assistance can ease the burden of those who have been affected by this disaster,” said Randi Anto.
As a demonstration of concern for others and as a real manifestation of SOEs’ commitment to the nation, Perum Jamkrindo actively participated in the synergy of SOEs to provide assistance to ease the burden of those affected by the disaster.
Perum Jamkrindo delivered assistance to flood victims in various locations, including Petamburan, Cilincing (in collaboration with Hutama Karya and Diponegoro University), Ciledug, Bekasi, and Lebak.
