Pekanbaru Becomes the Next City for Jamkrindo's Ramadan Safari Event.

PEKANBARU – After holding the Ramadan Safari in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, and Yogyakarta, Perum Jamkrindo's Ramadan Safari continued in Pekanbaru, Riau on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. This year, the Ramadan Safari is being held in 10 cities across various regions. The activities in the Ramadan Safari include visits to partner organizations, Iftar together, and giving aid and donations to orphans.

The President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Randi Anto, said that the Ramadan Safari is an annual event held by Perum Jamkrindo during Ramadan. This activity aims to bring Perum Jamkrindo closer to the community and strengthen relationships with business partners. Through the Ramadan Safari, Perum Jamkrindo, which is primarily engaged in the guarantee business, wants to get closer and share with the community as part of the state-owned enterprise's "BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri" program.

The Ramadan Safari is also a commitment from Perum Jamkrindo to maintain good relationships with all parties, including the community, and to encourage productive activities within the society. This is closely related to the core business of Perum Jamkrindo, which is credit guarantees for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises, and Cooperatives (UMKMK).

In addition to Banjarmasin, Yogyakarta, and Pekanbaru, the Ramadan Safari will be held in Kendari, Surabaya, Malang, Palembang, Bandung, Denpasar, and Serang.

"Ramadan is a month full of blessings. On this good occasion, we strengthen ties with our business partners while also helping those in need," said Randi Anto.

Through the Ramadan Safari, Perum Jamkrindo aims to share and get closer to the community as part of the "BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri" program. Perum Jamkrindo's Finance, Investment, and Risk Management Director, I Rusdonobanu, was present at the Ramadan Safari in Pekanbaru to visit several business partners, break the fast together, and give donations to the children of the Amanah Orphanage in Pekanbaru.

Rusdonobanu explained that the orphan donation activity is a form of Perum Jamkrindo’s concern. As a company fully owned by the government, Perum Jamkrindo not only focuses on business performance but also continues to implement programs that directly benefit the community.

"We hope that this assistance becomes a blessing for all of us. A blessing for Perum Jamkrindo and for the community during this Ramadan. We hope that the presence of Perum Jamkrindo is truly felt by the community, and the relationship between Perum Jamkrindo, our business partners, and the community will continue to thrive," said Rusdonobanu.

The caretaker of the Amanah Orphanage, Hj Suarsiami, explained that the donations to the orphanage and the assistance for orphans are very beneficial. "We thank Perum Jamkrindo for their help. This is a great support for us," said Suarsiami.

The Ramadan Safari and the donation handover are part of Perum Jamkrindo's activities in welcoming its 49th Anniversary on July 1. Following the launch of Perum Jamkrindo’s 49th Anniversary celebrations last week, various activities will be held leading up to the grand celebration.
