JAKARTA – Perum Jamkrindo acted swiftly to distribute logistical aid to the victims of the tsunami in Lampung. This initiative reflects the company's genuine concern for the recovery efforts in the affected areas.
In collaboration with Perum Bulog, Perum Jamkrindo provided aid in the form of basic food packages. Additionally, Jamkrindo independently sent assistance, coordinated by the Branch Leader of Bandar Lampung, Widyaningrum, including rice, bottled water, milk, instant noodles, sugar, biscuits, and cooking oil.
Perum Jamkrindo’s President Director, Randi Anto, expressed his deepest condolences for the tragedy and hopes that the aid will help alleviate the burden of the disaster's victims. "The aid has been sent directly to the location. Besides in Lampung, we also sent assistance separately to Banten," said Randi.
He emphasized that Perum Jamkrindo is committed to being present and responsive in the recovery process in both Banten and Lampung. Randi also praised the synergy built by state-owned companies that acted quickly to identify the needs for evacuation, recovery, and public service restoration.
Moving forward, Perum Jamkrindo will continue to monitor the situation in Lampung and Banten. Together with other state-owned enterprises, Perum Jamkrindo will oversee the acceleration of recovery efforts in these areas. "We will continue to do our best.
