JAKARTA – Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Mustafa Abubakar stated that as of March 2011, the realization of People's Business Credit (KUR) distribution had reached approximately Rp 3.829 trillion, exceeding the government's initial estimate of Rp 3.5 trillion.
"As of March 3, 2011, KUR realization has surpassed my expectations. Initially, I thought it would reach Rp 3.5 trillion, but it has now reached Rp 3.829 trillion," he said at the BUMN Ministry Office in Jakarta on Friday (4/3/2011).
He explained that the banks involved in KUR distribution include Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Regional Development Banks (BPD), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, Bank Bukopin, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), and Bank Syariah Mandiri.
"The highest distributor is BRI, with approximately Rp 2.5 trillion," he added.
The detailed distribution by bank is as follows:
- BRI: Rp 2.5 trillion
- 13 BPDs: Rp 512 billion
- BNI: Rp 322 billion
- Bank Mandiri: Rp 227 billion
- Bank Bukopin: Rp 66 billion
- BTN: Rp 45 billion
- Bank Syariah Mandiri: Rp 96 billion
This brings the total KUR distribution to Rp 3.829 trillion.
"For monthly realization, in January, it was around Rp 1.8 trillion, and in February, it reached Rp 1.96 trillion," he concluded.
