Perum Jamkrindo (Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia) held an Inhouse Training with the theme Character Building & Professional Leadership for Leaders in Jamkrindo on April 2-4, 2018, at the Perum Jamkrindo Headquarters in Kemayoran, Jakarta.
The Director of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Compliance at Perum Jamkrindo, Sulis Usdoko, introduced the Knowledge Management program to the participants of the Inhouse Training. This program includes knowledge sharing, experience sharing, online training, a digital library, training materials, training documentation, and online quizzes.
Knowledge sharing is the activity of sharing knowledge about product knowledge and useful information for the development of the company. Sharing can be in the form of written content, videos, or face-to-face interactions.
Experience sharing involves sharing experiences in dealing with challenges or problems faced at work to be used as learning material for other employees. Online training refers to distance learning conducted via the e-learning site http://km.jamkrindo.co.id.
The digital library contains company regulations that can be accessed through the site http://km.jamkrindo.co.id. Training materials include materials from both in-house and public training that have been conducted.
Training documentation contains records from previous in-house and public training sessions. Online quizzes serve as a learning or knowledge refreshment activity regarding product knowledge and company regulations.
Sulis Usdoko explained that knowledge is one of the most significant assets a company can possess. Without knowledge, it would be impossible for a company to generate important innovations for its advancement. To manage this knowledge effectively, a Knowledge Management system is necessary.
“Knowledge Management is a series of company activities to identify, create, and distribute knowledge for reuse,” said Sulis Usdoko. He continued by stating that Knowledge Management aims to encourage employees to share their experiences and insights, enabling them to innovate and improve the company’s productivity, profits, and growth.
