The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has appointed Randi Anto as the President Director of Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Jaminan Kredit Indonesia, replacing the position of the Acting President Director, which was previously held by Rusdonobanu, who replaced Diding S. Anwar after his tenure ended. Additionally, Kadar Wisnuwarman was appointed as the Director of Operations and Networks at Perum Jamkrindo. Kadar Wisnuwarman was previously the President Director of PT Penjaminan Jamkrindo Syariah, a subsidiary of Perum Jamkrindo.
This decision is outlined in the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises' Decree as the Government's Representative as the Shareholder of Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Jaminan Kredit Indonesia, Number: SK-249/MBU/11/2017, dated November 21, 2017, regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Jaminan Kredit.
The handover of this decision was attended by the Deputy for Financial Services, Survey Services, and Consulting Services at the Ministry of BUMN, Gatot Trihargo, as well as the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors of Perum Jamkrindo and officials/staff from the Ministry of BUMN on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at the Ministry of BUMN Office.
Through the handover of this decision, the Minister of BUMN, Rini M. Soemarno, as the Government's Representative as the Shareholder of Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Jaminan Kredit Indonesia, confirmed the honorable dismissal of R. Sophia Alizsa as the Director of Operations and Networks at Perum Jamkrindo.
At the same time, Randi Anto was appointed as President Director and Kadar Wisnuwarman as Director of Operations and Networks. The appointed Board Members can only carry out their duties after undergoing a fit and proper test from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
For information, Randi Anto, appointed as the President Director of Jamkrindo, previously served as the Consumer Director at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk. In the Ministry of BUMN's decision on October 18, 2017, Randi Anto was honorably dismissed from BRI during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
During the EGMS, it was also decided to dismiss Sunarso from his position as Vice Director at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk. Handayani and R. Sophia Alizsa were appointed as the Consumer Director and Director of Human Capital, respectively. Handayani had previously served as the Director at BTN, and R. Sophia Alizsa had served as the Director at Jamkrindo.
