The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has issued Decree No. 187/MBU/09/2017 regarding the dismissal, nomenclature changes, and appointment of new members to the Board of Directors of Perum Jamkrindo. The decree was issued following the end of the term of office of Perum Jamkrindo's President Director, Diding S. Anwar, and Director of Guarantee Business, Bakti Prasetyo, as they have entered retirement.
The decree was signed by Minister of SOEs, Rini M. Soemarno, as the authorized shareholder, and was handed over by Bandung Pardede, Assistant Deputy for Financial Services at the Ministry of SOEs, in Jakarta on September 7, 2017.
The decree states that due to the expiration of the terms of office of Diding S. Anwar and Bakti Prasetyo on September 7, 2017, it is necessary to dismiss them. It also appoints their successors, designating I. Rusdonobanu as the Acting (Plt.) President Director, in addition to his role as Director of Finance, Investment, and Risk Management, until a definitive replacement is appointed.
Meanwhile, for the position of Director of Guarantee Business, Aman Mas'udi was appointed, previously serving as Head of the Suretyship and Non-Bank Business Guarantee Division at Perum Jamkrindo.
In addition, the Ministry of SOEs also confirmed the dismissal of Nanang Waskito as Director of HR, General Affairs, and Compliance due to his passing, and appointed Sulis Usdoko as his replacement. Sulis Usdoko was formerly a Director at Bank BTN.
These appointments will take effect after receiving approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) following the Fit and Proper Test. Bandung Pardede stated that the appointment of the definitive President Director and Board of Supervisors for Perum Jamkrindo will take place soon.
"We congratulate you on your new roles. Going forward, Perum Jamkrindo must sustain its business. We expect all directors to work well together. On behalf of the Minister of SOEs, I thank you for the cooperation and hard work we have done so far," he concluded.
The new composition of the Board of Directors at Perum Jamkrindo is as follows:
- Acting (Plt.) President Director and Director of Finance, Investment, and Risk Management: I. Rusdonobanu
- Director of HR, General Affairs, and Compliance: Sulis Usdoko
- Director of Operations and Network: R. Sophia Alizsa
- Director of Guarantee Business: Amin Mas'udi
