Kuala Lumpur - Three senior executives from Perum Jamkrindo, including the President Director Diding S Anwar, the late Director of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Compliance Nanang Waskito, and the Head of the Suretyship and Non-Bank Guarantee Division Amin Mas'udi, were awarded the Fellow Member of the Malaysian Insurance Institute (FMII) title for the Senior Route program. This prestigious award recognizes their expertise and professional contributions to the non-bank financial services industry, particularly in the Guarantee sector. The title was conferred during the MII graduation ceremony held in Lanang Kijang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Saturday, August 12.

The Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) is a well-established educational institution accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia and the Malaysian Insurance Association. MII's professional programs are developed comprehensively by industry experts and educators to create highly skilled professionals in the financial sector.

After the ceremony, Diding shared that earning the FMII title requires leaving a lasting legacy in the insurance industry. "To achieve this, selected participants must submit a paper on Ethics and Case Studies to be shared with other training participants at MII. I presented on the topic Credit Guarantee for SMEs: From Zero to Hero, which highlights how the guarantee industry empowers SMEs, considering their strategic role in Indonesia's economy," Diding explained.

Diding emphasized that Perum Jamkrindo is deeply committed to developing human resources (HR) to advance the welfare and capabilities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in line with the company's mission and vision of driving the overall economic growth. "Enhancing the capabilities and quality of our HR is crucial for achieving the company's mission and vision, enabling us to remain competitive in the future," Diding said.

Perum Jamkrindo consistently runs programs to train and equip employees, from entry-level to top management, both domestically and internationally. Some of these include the Working Level Council training in Korea and the ACSIC Training Program (ATP) in Malaysia.

According to Diding, all employees of Perum Jamkrindo are provided with ample opportunities to enhance their capabilities and capacities, motivating them to become highly skilled professionals. "Our HR is a vital asset that cannot be separated from the company's business, and we are continuously developing it for the company's advancement," he affirmed.
