JAKARTA – Perum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) has won two prestigious awards, namely "The Best BUMN Marketing" and "The Best CEO in Marketing Leadership", in recognition of its outstanding marketing performance. The awards were received by R. Sophia Alizsa, Director of Operations and Network at Perum Jamkrindo, representing President Director Diding S. Anwar at the Awarding Night in Jakarta on Wednesday (23/11/2016) evening.
A total of 38 state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and their subsidiaries participated in this competition, organized by BUMN Track for the fourth time, with support from ARRBEY Consulting and Rumah Perubahan, led by Chairman of the Jury, Prof. Rhenald Kasali. These awards serve as recognition for BUMNs and their subsidiaries that have demonstrated outstanding branding and marketing performance, enabling them to compete globally and become regional champions.
SH Sutarto, a jury member, stated that this award aims to motivate corporate professionals to continuously improve their company’s performance. "Additionally, BUMN branding and marketing practitioners can assess their company’s competitiveness by exchanging ideas, thoughts, and experiences, inspiring other BUMNs in the process," he said.
The judging process was carried out in two stages: Questionnaire assessment, followed by, In-depth interviews conducted by the jury.
Out of all the BUMNs and subsidiaries that completed and returned the initial selection questionnaires, 38 companies were shortlisted and invited to present their unique branding and marketing strategies before the jury panel.
The high enthusiasm among participants reflects the strong competitive spirit within state-owned enterprises to enhance their global competitiveness. Furthermore, this event served as a valuable platform for BUMN branding and marketing professionals to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss best practices in facing the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) free market.
