Alhamdulillah, all praise and gratitude to Allah SWT. This morning, together and simultaneously across Indonesia, the Regional Offices, Branch Offices, and KUP are holding the peak ceremony of the 46th Anniversary of Perum Jamkrindo, which falls on Friday, July 1, 2016.

At 46 years old, Perum Jamkrindo has undergone a long journey in fulfilling its function and responsibility as a Guarantee Company. It started with the establishment of the Cooperative Credit Guarantee Institution (LJKK) in 1970 and later transformed into Perum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo).

The company's success and continuity to this day have been nurtured and cultivated since the time of our predecessors, who struggled through challenging and limited conditions. They remained steadfast, dedicated, and sincere in advancing this company to fulfill its responsibility as a Credit Guarantee/Financing Company.

The history of Perum Jamkrindo is a series of activities and efforts from the past that we now continue. Therefore, on this 46th anniversary, let us reflect on this journey. There are no words other than gratitude and appreciation for our predecessors who have safeguarded and developed the company to this point.

A wise perspective in commemorating Perum Jamkrindo’s anniversary is to embrace open-mindedness in all aspects to achieve the optimization and acceleration of the company’s growth while maintaining its integrity and sustainability without compromising actions or behaviors that pose risks or harm the company.

Another significant message from this celebration, which must be conveyed to all Perum Jamkrindo personnel across Indonesia, is the importance of INTEGRITY and openness to changes that bring positive impact. Like it or not, the company’s journey will inevitably introduce new elements that shape its activities. Open-mindedness is true! Let us cultivate and nurture ourselves with a proactive and constructive critical attitude. We are all owners of this company and of ourselves. We must not harm, injure, or act unjustly.

Let us respect ourselves and become heroes for the company.

The heroes of Perum Jamkrindo are those who continue the struggle for the company’s sustainability. Newcomers should not be complacent but must demonstrate real work, as the company's experience lies with the predecessors. Newcomers should bring collaboration and improvement. At the same time, the predecessors should not reject change, whether from within or outside. Both are essential for ensuring the company's continuity, realizing Perum Jamkrindo as a Trusted, Responsive, Excellent, Healthy, and Leading Guarantee Company.

This long journey presents both opportunities and challenges for Jamkrindo personnel to remain relevant in all aspects. As a real contribution, let us work even better toward "Jamkrindo Moving and Significant Production." We focus on excellent service in all aspects, from the smallest to the most significant. Excellent service is the right of stakeholders and all members of Perum Jamkrindo, both internal and external. Nothing is difficult if there is determination.

In this era of openness, it does not mean there are no challenges in communication and information exchange, which can now be done easily. We must be wise in responding and demand maturity from all parties. If in the past, there was the saying "Your mouth is your tiger," now it has evolved into "Your fingers are your tiger!" Unwise and imprudent behavior will only harm oneself and others.

The enactment of Law No. 1 of 2016 on Guaranteeing provides a clear and firm legal framework for Perum Jamkrindo, enabling it to contribute optimally and focus on driving the national economy, particularly through credit guarantees for MSMEs.

The issuance of the Guarantee Law is a crucial moment, and we must maximize its potential. Therefore, I urge all Jamkrindo personnel to take responsibility for upholding this mandate so that it functions as intended. Let’s move forward for Jamkrindo!

This year, the government has also issued Government Regulation No. 1 of 2016 concerning the Institution for Implementing the Warehouse Receipt System Guarantee. In connection with this, internal preparations are needed to ensure responsible and smooth execution of duties.

With 46 years of experience, Perum Jamkrindo must continuously pursue continuous improvement. There should be no complacency with existing achievements, no waiting for later, no surrender, and no fear of competition. The worst thing would be to be labeled a weak and stagnant Guarantee Company.

With competition increasingly felt, particularly in terms of technological advancements and human resource quality, special attention is needed to face these challenges. It will not be easy, but it is not impossible, as many have achieved great results. Thus, Jamkrindo personnel must build unity, collaboration, synergy, pride in the organization, and commitment to every activity in accordance with their functions and responsibilities.

Togetherness is crucial—not just for maintaining relationships but also for achieving something better. "Together We Achieve More."

Jamkrindo is a "home" for all JAMKRINDO PERSONNEL. We are a family. We take pride in our achievements and recognitions. Let us maintain and enhance them for even greater excellence.

You are all the next generation of Perum Jamkrindo. Our deepest appreciation goes to all Jamkrindo personnel who have carried out their best work. As Perum Jamkrindo matures, additional squad members are needed to join peacefully. The impact is a broader distribution of responsibilities, but rest assured, this aims for the additional squad to be active and productive.

On this occasion, we reaffirm our gratitude for Perum Jamkrindo’s 46-year existence. May we always provide excellent service and bring greater benefits to the public, the MSMEs we cherish, and all stakeholders wherever they are. At the same time, Good Corporate Governance must be upheld in running the company, and the Supervisory Function must be a Strategic Business Partner by fostering mutual appreciation and support for the company’s continuous improvement.

May we all always be granted health, blessings, and commitment in carrying out the company’s duties and responsibilities. Let us strengthen each other, help each other, stay united, and always bring joy to everyone. Strong relationships bring greater fortune—let’s build together without exception.
