JAKARTA | In celebration of the 46th anniversary of Perum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo), 12,205 basic food packages were distributed simultaneously across all offices throughout Indonesia to share happiness during the holy month of Ramadan 1437 H.
The President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Diding S. Anwar, stated that this year, Perum Jamkrindo did not organize free homecoming trips for Eid. Instead, the company's anniversary celebrations included the distribution of free basic food packages and financial aid for orphans and the underprivileged, totaling Rp 2.4 billion.
"We are also distributing free food packages at the Head Office, Regional Offices, and Branch Offices across Indonesia. A total of 12,205 food packages are being distributed as a form of care to share happiness in welcoming Eid al-Fitr. In addition, we are providing financial aid to 2,743 orphans," said Diding.
This event was also carried out by 56 branch offices with great enthusiasm in various cities, including Banjarmasin, Medan, Cirebon, Tasikmalaya, Sukabumi, Tangerang, Purwokerto, Purwakarta, Pontianak, Parepare, Makassar, Bandung, Ambon, Tarakan, Kupang, Mamuju, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Manokwari, Samarinda, Banyuwangi, Pangkal Pinang, Tanjung Pinang, Kediri, Bengkulu, Padang, Malang, Lampung, Jambi, Ternate, Madiun, Kudus, Serang, Surabaya, Sumbawa Besar, Solo, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Palu, Palangkaraya, Pekalongan, Batam, Jayapura, Palopo, Sorong, Bitung, Gorontalo, Balige, Manado, Aceh, Mataram, Balikpapan, Semarang, and Kendari.
On this occasion, Diding expressed that at 46 years old, Perum Jamkrindo has come a long way in fulfilling its function and responsibilities as a guarantee company, always striving to provide greater benefits to the public, MSMEs, and stakeholders. Since the establishment of the Cooperative Credit Guarantee Institution (LJKK) in 1970, which later transformed into Perum Jamkrindo, the company has continued to evolve.
This long journey presents both opportunities and challenges for Jamkrindo employees to remain relevant in all aspects. With 46 years of experience, Perum Jamkrindo must continue making continuous improvements.
