Karawang | Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo) provided Community Development (BL) assistance amounting to Rp60 million. The assistance was given to local residents during the synergy event of 17 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and the launch of Perum Peruri's new logo in Karawang on Thursday (29/01).
The assistance was handed over by the Director of Finance, Investment, and Risk Management (MR) of Perum Jamkrindo, I Rusdonobanu. The handover was witnessed directly by the President Director of Peruri, Prasetio.
The assistance from Perum Jamkrindo was distributed to three institutions, each receiving Rp20 million. The beneficiaries included Al-Muslih Mosque, Telukjambe Timur Karawang, Al-Mushlih Middle School, Teluk Jambe Karawang, and Majelis Nurul Quran Orphanage, Ciampel Karawang.
"The purpose of this assistance is to provide benefits and empower the surrounding community," said Rusdonobanu.
In addition to Jamkrindo, other assistance programs included the establishment of Peruri Reading Houses supported by Balai Pustaka, a digital library at PAUD Mawar VII in Sirnabaya Village, Teluk Jambe Timur District, Karawang, in collaboration with Perusahaan Film Negara (PFN) and Telkom, the distribution of fertilizer to farmers in cooperation with Pupuk Kujang, and the disbursement of People's Business Credit (KUR) in collaboration with Bank Mandiri.
Apart from the aid distribution, the BUMN Synergy was also marked by the signing of an MoU. Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia (Peruri), along with 17 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), signed a memorandum of understanding for BUMN Synergy. One of the goals of this synergy is to optimize Peruri's strategic land.
According to Peruri’s Director of Marketing and Business Development, Atje Muhammad Darjan, in an effort to optimize strategic land, Peruri is collaborating with 10 BUMN construction companies, including Adhi Karya, Amarta Karya, Brantas Abipraya, Hutama Karya, Istaka Karya, Pembangunan Perumahan, Nindya Karya, Perum Perumnas, Waskita Karya, and Wijaya Karya.
"Earlier, we established cooperation with BUMN construction companies. Essentially, we have a substantial amount of assets, including locations in Karawang, Palatehan, Gadog, and Lebak Bulus. The question is what to do with these assets—we are collaborating with BUMN to mutually utilize competencies," said Atje.
In addition to BUMN construction companies, Peruri is also collaborating with other companies such as Telkom for digital business, private sector partners to increase share ownership in the affiliated company PT Sicpa Peruri Securink (SPS), and Peruri’s partnership with PT Solusi Paramitra to explore cooperation in developing information systems and network technology.
