Jakarta | Perum Jamkrindo and PT Bank DKI signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on Home Ownership Credit (KPR) Guarantee. This strategic partnership aims to expand access and financial services in the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) sector for the public.
“This partnership cooperation is very strategic and aims to further improve the performance of each stakeholder, both in increasing Credit/Financing realization by Bank DKI and increasing the Guarantee volume by Perum Jamkrindo,” said Perum Jamkrindo Director Bakti Prasetyo during the PKS signing event at Sumba C Room, 1st Floor, Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, on Monday (30/11/2015).
The signing was carried out by Perum Jamkrindo Director Bakti Prasetyo and Bank DKI President Director Kresno Sediarsi, witnessed by the board of directors from both parties, including Perum Jamkrindo President Director Diding S. Anwar.
Diding S. Anwar explained that Jamkrindo is optimistic about the continued growth of the guarantee business. Jamkrindo targeted credit guarantees to reach Rp77 trillion in 2015, an increase compared to the previous year's Rp42 trillion.
Regarding the cooperation with Bank DKI, Diding hopes that the benefits can be directly felt by the public in utilizing Credit/Financing products, especially in the KPR sector.
As a guarantee company, Perum Jamkrindo provides guarantees to Bank DKI. Both institutions share the same vision of providing opportunities for people who have not yet been able to access capital sources to obtain financing, particularly for housing, from Bank DKI.
Another goal of this cooperation is to enhance the synergy between the two financial institutions and support the smooth operation of both companies' businesses. "This synergy is a strategic step to optimize the utilization of both businesses' potential, based on the principle of mutual benefit," said Diding S. Anwar.
In 2015, Perum Jamkrindo was in a strategic growth position in line with the company's equity and asset growth. Perum Jamkrindo recorded a pre-tax profit of Rp614.585 billion as of the end of October 2015. This figure has reached 91.53% of Perum Jamkrindo's Corporate Budget Work Plan (RKAP) target for the year.
The company's total assets as of October 31, 2015, amounted to Rp10.0206 trillion. This value is nearly the same as the assets recorded at the end of 2014, which stood at Rp10.0209 trillion.
