Jakarta | Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo) won the "Excellent" SOE award at the prestigious 6th Infobank BUMN Awards 2015. Perum Jamkrindo was included in the Financial Industry SOE category. This achievement set a record, as Jamkrindo had been recognized as an "Excellent" Financial Industry SOE for five consecutive years.
"Congratulations to Perum Jamkrindo. Hopefully, its financial performance will continue to improve and shine even more in the coming years," said Infobank Magazine Editor-in-Chief Eko B. Supriyanto during the award presentation at the Ballroom of the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta on Friday (23/10).
This award marked the fifth consecutive time Jamkrindo had received the honor since first achieving it in 2010. Eko stated that the event was held to encourage various state-owned enterprises to achieve optimal performance results.
Perum Jamkrindo was represented at the prestigious award ceremony by the Head of the Sharia Guarantee Division, Ceriandry Widuri. She expressed her pride and hoped the award would motivate the company to continue improving its performance. "We are certainly proud, and this award is dedicated to all Perum Jamkrindo employees," she said.
The 6th Infobank BUMN Awards 2015 event also featured a seminar titled "SOE Transformation Amid the Criminalization of SOE Officials." The keynote speech was delivered by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Darmin Nasution, with other speakers including the Chairman of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), Harry Azhar Azis, and legal practitioner Yunus Husein.
