Yogyakarta- On Friday, March 27, 2015, Perum Jamkrindo (Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia) signed a Cooperation Agreement with PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for Business Banking Credit Guarantee.
This Cooperation Agreement is the second Commercial Credit Guarantee Agreement between Perum Jamkrindo and Bank Mandiri after the Micro Credit Guarantee Agreement signed in Jakarta on December 24, 2014.
The Cooperation Agreement document was signed by the Director of Bank Guarantee of Perum Jamkrindo, Bakti Prasetyo, and the Director of Consumer Banking of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Hery Gunardi, and witnessed by the Board of Directors and related officials.
This cooperation aims to further improve the performance of both parties, including the realization of Credit/Financing by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and the increase of Guarantee volume by Perum Jamkrindo.
The enhancement of this cooperation is expected to be felt more by the public in gaining access to credit facilities from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, which in turn is expected to foster and strengthen Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Currently, Perum Jamkrindo has 35 Branch Offices and 21 KUP in districts/cities throughout Indonesia. It is expected to provide a positive contribution in supporting economic development and services in all branch office networks in Indonesia and fully support the government’s program to further empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK).
