Perum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and cooperation agreements with several state-owned enterprises (BUMN), namely PT Pos Indonesia, PT LEN Industri, and PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (INTI) in Bandung, West Java.
The cooperation agreements and MoU were signed by the President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Diding S. Anwar; the President Director of PT Pos Indonesia, Budi Setiawan; the Director of PT LEN Industri, Abraham Mose; and the President Director of PT INTI, Tikno Sutisna.
Perum Jamkrindo and PT Pos Indonesia signed a cooperation agreement covering investment, delivery and pick-up services, guarantees for postal agents, utilization of post offices as point-of-sales for issuing surety bonds, utilization of post offices as fronting offices for Perum Jamkrindo, issuance of payment services for money transfers, and guarantees for other products.
"PT Pos has a very extensive network of offices, even reaching remote areas across Indonesia. Therefore, we are synergizing as fellow BUMNs to leverage the strengths of PT Pos Indonesia," said the President Director of Jamkrindo.
With PT LEN, Perum Jamkrindo is collaborating in the fields of investment, issuance of surety bonds, guarantees for cash loans and non-cash loans, as well as a cooperation agreement on the issuance of payment bonds. Meanwhile, the MoU with PT INTI focuses solely on the provision of surety bonds.
"The implementation of these signings is a manifestation of synergy among BUMNs, where each contributes to optimizing the performance and targets set by the others," explained Diding.
