Jakarta – PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (PT Jamkrindo) continues to demonstrate its tangible contribution in strengthening the ecosystem of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java. As of August 2025, Jamkrindo’s Bandung Regional Office recorded a guarantee volume of IDR 12.28 trillion, with a total of 189,193 MSMEs guaranteed. This contribution has also supported the absorption of 648,812 workers across various productive sectors.
Wakhyu Hidayattulloh, Head of Jamkrindo’s Bandung Regional Office, stated that this achievement reflects Jamkrindo’s role as a strategic partner for MSMEs in West Java. The Bandung Regional Office oversees the Bandung, Purwakarta, Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, and Sukabumi branch offices.
“We believe MSMEs are the main foundation of the national economy. Through guarantees, Jamkrindo helps MSMEs in West Java gain easier access to financing from banks and financial institutions. With more inclusive access to capital, MSME players can scale up their businesses, expand job opportunities, and contribute to regional economic growth,” said Wakhyu.
He added that Jamkrindo’s contribution in West Java is not only through government guarantee programs such as the People’s Business Credit (KUR), but also through various non-program guarantee products.
These non-program products include general credit guarantees, microcredit guarantees, surety bonds, customs bonds, bank guarantees, goods distribution guarantees, and others. “With the working capital loan provided, Alhamdulillah my business has grown further,” he said.
Moreover, Jamkrindo’s presence also helps MSMEs participate in government and private project tenders without having to provide cash deposits or large collateral. Ika Susilowati, Finance and Accounting Manager at Taka TurboMachinery, acknowledged that Jamkrindo has been an important solution for her company to participate in various strategic projects. With the bank guarantees provided by Jamkrindo, she does not need to lock up funds during project execution, allowing the funds to be used for other purposes.
