Jakarta – In the spirit of commemorating National Customer Day on September 4, 2025, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) emphasized its commitment to consistently providing excellent service for all customers. This commitment is realized through various innovations in guarantee services that focus on easy access, transparency, and efficiency, both for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), financial institution partners, as well as non-financial institution partners.

Acting President Director of Jamkrindo, Abdul Bari, stated that Customer Day is an important momentum to strengthen strategic and sustainable relationships between the company and all customers. He emphasized that customer trust and loyalty are valuable assets that form the foundation of the company’s growth. Therefore, Jamkrindo is always committed to providing the best service and continuing to deliver innovations so that the established partnerships become stronger and mutually reinforcing.

As of July 2025, Jamkrindo has guaranteed 3.2 million MSMEs and cooperatives, with a contribution to employment absorption of 9 million people and a guarantee volume of Rp 126.4 trillion. This shows Jamkrindo’s important role in strengthening the business ecosystem and providing a real impact on the national economy.
