Akhmad Purwakajaya, the President Director of PT Jamkrindo, emphasized that the company’s ongoing transformation is a key foundation for becoming the leading and trusted credit guarantee institution in the country. This transformation includes adjustments to organizational structure, human resource management, technology systems, business operations, corporate governance, and risk management to enhance the company’s long-term performance.

He hopes that the relocation of the Palembang, Tangerang, and Makassar branch offices to new buildings will support Jamkrindo’s vision of becoming the primary choice for businesses seeking guarantee services to foster national economic growth and equality. Moreover, these three branches have shown strong performance in recent years.

In addition to providing more representative branch offices, Jamkrindo has also made breakthroughs and innovations in its operations and network aspects. These include the introduction of online suretyship guarantees (suretyship.jamkrindo.co.id), the UMKM Layak marketplace guarantee (umkmlayak.co.id), and a digital business unit (DBU) to enhance the financial accessibility for SMEs.
As part of its internal preparation for the 4.0 industrial era and digital economy, Jamkrindo has introduced various transformations in its business through the use of appropriate information technology. This enables online cooperation with SME partners and financial institutions, including host-to-host systems, web services, and digital platforms.
