Jakarta – Ahead of its 52nd anniversary on July 1, 2022, PT Jamkrindo is organizing various social activities, one of which is a blood donation charity event. This initiative is a demonstration of the company’s care and commitment to giving back to the community.
"This is a form of concern for the community, and it has become an annual tradition in celebration of the company’s anniversary," said PT Jamkrindo President Director, Putra Wahju Setyawan, at the company’s headquarters in Jakarta on Friday (June 10).
Furthermore, Putrama stated that this initiative reflects the company’s commitment to helping those in need through a blood donation drive held at PT Jamkrindo’s headquarters in Jakarta. The event, organized in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), was attended by internal donors from PT Jamkrindo.
"Through blood donation, we at PT Jamkrindo want to contribute something we have that others need. This is a symbol of our solidarity with those who require assistance," said Putrama.
In addition to the blood donation drive, the company is also holding several other social initiatives as part of its 52nd-anniversary celebrations, including the distribution of school shoes, barista training, public speaking training, and the donation of prosthetic legs for people with disabilities. PT Jamkrindo is also organizing a writing and photojournalism competition for journalists.
As part of the anniversary celebration, PT Jamkrindo previously conducted various activities during its Ramadan Safari, including donations to orphans, distribution of staple food packages, Quran distribution, and the establishment of reading corners.
The theme of PT Jamkrindo’s 52nd anniversary, "Transform to Be More Perform," reflects the company’s journey of transformation in its strategic programs. PT Jamkrindo will continue to implement corporate transformations across various aspects to enhance its performance and overall efficiency.
