JAKARTA – A total of 17 state-owned enterprises (BUMN) will receive State Capital Participation (PMN) amounting to Rp12.05 trillion in the 2012 fiscal year. This PMN will be provided through three schemes: fresh funds, conversion of RDI/SLA, and the designation of Government Assistance Not Yet Assigned a Status (BPYBDS). According to documents from the Ministry of BUMN’s Hearing with Commission VI of the DPR RI on Tuesday (7/2/2012), this PMN has been stipulated as a Government Regulation (PP).
The government noted that 10 BUMN will receive BPYBDS as follows:
- Perum Antara: Rp25.927 billion
- PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II Persero: Rp7.662 billion
- PT Angkasa Pura I: approximately Rp1.388 trillion
- PT Pengerukan Indonesia Persero: Rp58.698 billion
- PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV: Rp252.523 billion
- PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I: Rp48.167 billion
- PT ASDP Persero: Rp686.755 billion
- Perum Jasa Tirta I: Rp1.131 billion
- PT Angkasa Pura II: Rp1.911 trillion
- PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II: Rp209.730 billion
Meanwhile, four BUMN will receive fresh funds:
- PT PAL: Rp648 billion
- PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines: Rp561 billion
- PT Askrindo Persero: Rp800 billion
- PT Jamkrindo: Rp1.2 trillion
Additionally, three BUMN will receive conversion of RDI/SLA:
- PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda: Rp1.338 trillion
- PT Inhutani: Rp1.338 trillion
- PT Dirgantara Indonesia: Rp1.571 trillion
According to the Ministry of BUMN, the BPYBDS allocation has been issued through 10 Government Regulations regarding additional funds amounting to Rp4.59 trillion. The PMN derived from the BPYBDS conversion will provide greater legal certainty regarding the ownership of BPYBDS assets. The BPYBDS conversion is carried out in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 22 of 2011 concerning the State Budget for 2012, which stipulates that State-Owned Assets (BMN) originating from the Activity List (DIK) are to be converted.
